Lost Australian tourist, geese rescued off Netherlands highway

Road inspector Eddie had a busy morning on Tuesday. He rescued both a lost tourist and a family of geese from the A7 highway, he reported on his Twitter account. The tourist is an Australian man. He was walking from Hungary to the Netherlands. He got lost on his way to Purmerend and somehow ended up on the highway. The police picked up the tourist and dropped him off in Purmerend. A little way further on, the road inspector found a family of geese. He picked them up and, with the help of the animal ambulance, took them to safety.
