Four Satudarah members arrested for Breda man's murder
The police arrested four members of outlaw motorcycle gang Satudarah on Tuesday morning in connection with the murder of 28 year old Breda man Rudi Schouten on April 3rd.
According to the police, a thorough investigation and several tips led to these arrests. The suspects are three men from Breda, aged 26, 30 and 56 years old, and a 50 year old man from Etten-Leur. SWAT teams were used at several addresses as the men are known to be armed and dangerous.
Approximately 80 police officers were involved in Tuesday morning's arrest. They also performed searches at five Breda addresses and one address in Etten-Leur, under the guidance of a magistrate. Various goods, including firearms and three cars were seized and conducted into evidence.
Rudi Schouten was stabbed, shot and hit with an ax in broad daylight on Cypresstraat in Breda on April 3rd of this year. He died later that day in hospital. Two men were arrested immediately after the incident, one of them the victim's brother. One of these two suspects is still in custody. The other had been released, but remains a suspect in the investigation.
