Girls storm police station after rapper Lil’Kleine’s arrest

The arrest of young rapper Lil'Kleine in Hilversum on Saturday night nearly caused a riot when dozens of young girls stormed the police station. Lil'Kleine was arrested after his performance at the Hilversum on Air festival for inciting the public against the police, RTV Noord Holland reports. According to the broadcaster, the 20 year old rapper called on the young people to insult the police and raise their middle fingers to them. Which they proceeded to do at the police station on Groest. The rapper was arrested after his performance and taken to the police station. This resulted in a hysterical crowd of girls storming the station. Dozens of police officers had to be deployed to restrain the girls. Lil'Kleine has been sent home pending the investigation.
