New lead found in 19 month old murder case

After a 19 month long investigation, the police have finally found a new lead in the murder of Polish man Adrian Weckowicz from Andel, the Telegraaf reports. Weckowicz body was dumped in the Biesbosch in Werkendam in December 2013. From mid- January 2014, the police and judiciary have been trying to figure out who killed the man. Now it seems that the place where he was murdered has been discovered. Investigators found a large amount of blood traces on the floor a a converted attic in his ex-girlfriend's house in Andel. Sources close o the investigation, as well as the Public Prosecutor in Breda, confirmed this to the Telegraaf. The Public Prosecutor would not give any further information about the investigation.
