Air France strike cost up to €400m

According to an anonymous source within Air France, the cost of the pilot strike could amount to 400 million euro. This is higher than what Air France expected. Thus far the company insisted that the two week strike, which ended a week ago, cost about 300 million euro. These extra costs may be due to the company receiving far fewer bookings than normal during the strike. Air France-KLM will officially publish a new estimate of the damage the company suffered through the strike on Wednesday, according to the source.
