Two Hague rock throwers surrender to police

Two men who threw stones at the police during an anti IS demonstration in Schilderwijk, The Hague, have surrendered to the police. The two men are aged 16 and 20 years and both are from The Hague. Images of the unknown rock throwers were broadcast last night on the detection program Omroep West. The two men surrendered following the broadcast. The police have also received a number of tips and expect to have more people in custody soon. During the demonstration on August 10th, protesters turned against police officers and threw them with stones picked up from the sidewalk. One police officer was assaulted. Six people were arrested during the protest.
