Dog deceased after serious assault

Two men from Leeuwarden assaulted a dog in such a way, that a vet had to euthanize the pet. Bystanders witnessed the assault by the men, 44 and 53, at the Curaçaostraat, and called the police. The officers found the heavily wounded animal on the road. The two men were arrested by the police Sunday.
