Man briefly abducted by robbers

A driver who was loading and unloading goods in Beverwijk on Tuesday around 18:50 hours was robbed and briefly abducted by five men wearing balaclava, according to a police announcement.The victim was shoved into his own small truck on the Parallel road and abducted. Wikimedia commons Both vehicles drove to the secluded Wijkermeerweg in Velsen-Noord, about 3 miles away. Once there, the transgressors abandoned both the victim and the small truck. A witness alarmed the police. The fugitive robbers got away with an unknown loot. The driver sustained a few abrasions during the robbery.
