Coal Operated Power Plants Closed

Old coal operated power plants are closed, and probably there will no new coal operated power plants being built. For groups of citizens who wish to jointly generate electricity by solar panels there there will be tax advantages. This are some of the elements of a draft version of the National Energy Agreement. This was reported by the NIS. Trade unions, employers, environmental organizations and other interest groups, are talking, led by the SER, for months now about such an agreement. The negotiating document was submitted to Minister Henk Kamp. The Minister has responded critically. Also, the environmental movement and the employers have not yet agreed on all points. The 40 participating groups will continue the discussion with Camp for 5 more days, to arrange a couple of key issues differently.
