ICT Failure or Cyber Attack on KLM

The Dutch airline KLM has been experiencing a large ICT failure since last night. Customers cannot check in online or book tickets. The organization advises travelers to come to the airport earlier to check in there. The flight schedule, however, is not affected. It remains unknown how long it will take before the systems will work again and what caused the interruption. A cyber attack is not ruled out. Volkskrant.nl reports that for urgent matters, KLM advises people to get in touch via Twitter or Facebook. The airline Transavia, part of KLM, is also affected.
