Police chase in Den Bosch Ends in crash, one man injured
A police chase early Saturday morning in Den Bosch ended with a collision on Van Wandelenstraat, leaving the suspect injured and two officers slightly hurt.
The incident occurred around 4:50 a.m. when a vehicle involved in a prior police pursuit struck a police car. The man driving the vehicle—the suspect—was taken to the hospital by ambulance, authorities said.
Police reported that the pursuit began Friday night after officers noticed the driver’s erratic behavior. The initial chase was called off, but officers continued monitoring the vehicle. When they attempted to stop it later, the suspect’s car collided with a police vehicle, the Oost-Brabant police said on X.
Two officers in the police car sustained minor injuries and did not require hospital treatment. Police are investigating the exact circumstances of the crash.
