Amsterdam Dance Event draws record 600,000 visitors

The Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) set a new attendance record this year, attracting 600,000 visitors over five days, organizers reported Monday.

The event featured more than 1,200 dance performances and initiatives across over 300 venues in the city. According to RTL, visitors came from the Netherlands and 150 other countries, marking a notable increase from last year’s 500,000 attendees.

ADE’s 29th edition included nearly 3,500 artists and speakers, with headliners such as Armin van Buuren, Skepta, KI/KI, Eris Drew, Chris Stussy, and ANNA.

The organization also announced the dates for next year’s milestone 30th anniversary edition. ADE 30 YEARS will run from Wednesday, October 21 through Sunday, October 25, 2026.
