Man from from Enkhuizen accused of repeatedly raping a 13-year-old boy

On Monday, during the trial's first hearing, the Public Prosecution Service accused Winston A. from Enkhuizen of repeatedly raping a 13-year-old boy. Winston A. is already a suspect in a crime case in which hundreds of underage boys allege to have been forced by A. to participate in sexual acts while being filmed.

The Public Prosecution Service states that Winston A. wore a balaclava during the rape. A. denies raping or forcing any of the victims.

The Public Prosecution Service also suspects that A. is guilty of making and possessing child pornography. The first facts date back to 2016. In 2021, a victim made an initial report to the police. At that time, there was insufficient evidence to identify a suspect. It was not until March of this year that the case gained momentum. The police have since confiscated all of A.'s data carriers.

According to the Public Prosecution Service, an investigation into this yielded almost five hundred folders with images and names. The police are still assessing the material and identifying the victims. Not all boys are recognizable in the images. A. is said to have seduced his victims on Snapchat by pretending to be a young girl.

The Public Prosecution Service is looking at the most serious cases, says the Public Prosecution Service. In addition to the rape, the Public Prosecution Service also suspects A. of two cases of sexual abuse.

There are currently ten reports. Six victims have yet to be contacted. The police are also still looking for a victim who was allegedly abused by A. in a changing room.
