Three teenagers from The Hague arrested on A28 for involvement in shooting in Zwolle

The three suspects arrested on Saturday evening on the A28 near Amersfoort are teenagers from The Hague. The suspects are 15, 16, and 19 years old. They are suspected of involvement in the shooting of a house in the Schubertstraat in Zwolle earlier that evening. No one was injured.

Because the suspects were considered dangerous with firearms, officers of the Special Intervention Service stopped their car. As a result, the A28 was closed for a short time between Zeist and Utrecht.

An object that appears to be a firearm was found in the car, according to the police. The suspects were taken away, and the car was towed away for investigation.
