Jogger and teenager stabbed in The Hague
A teenager and a man were injured in stabbing incidents in The Hague on Wednesday evening. The police believe the stabbings were committed by the same perpetrator and are looking for the man.
At around 7:15 p.m. a 17-year-old boy was stabbed in the arm when he caught a man trying to puncture his bicycle's tire on Van Alkemadelaan. The boy called the police and was taken to hospital for treatment.
Fifteen minutes later, at around 7:30 p.m., a jogger was stabbed multiple times on De Mildestraat. The jogger went to the hospital and later called the police.
The police believe both victims were attacked by the same man. The victims described the perpetrator as wearing dark colored clothing with big boots. He is about 29 years old, 1.87 meters tall, with a stout posture and a strong English accent.
