Sailor in Scheveningen fatal boating accident arrested

One of two sailors involved in a fatal collision between a fast rubber dinghy and a motorboat in the port of Scheveningen on Thursday, was arrested. The other skipper was injured and is in hospital. He will be questioned at a later time, the police said, reports.

The sailor was arrested on suspicion of involvement in the fatal accident.
