Bull escapes Dutch slaughterhouse, injures worker

A bull escaped from a slaughterhouse in Dodewaard on Monday and injured a man during his flight, according to the Gelderlander.

The animal scooped the man up with his head and threw him into the air. The bull luckily had no horns. The victim was taken to a hospital for a checkup.

A gamekeeper shot and killed the escaped bull near Matensestraat. The gamekeeper was called in by the police.

It is unclear how the bull managed to escape.
