Prison and psychiatric treatment demanded for Utrecht molester

The Public Prosecutor demanded a three year prison sentence and compulsory psychiatric treatment against a 41-year-old man accused of molesting six women in Utrecht last year, ANP reports. The Utrecht man is accused of pushing six women off their bikes and sexually molesting them on their lower body during the autumn of 2015. In one case he managed to get his hands into his victim's underwear. The Public Prosecutor believes that this can be considered rape. The man confessed to attacking the woman and told the court he regrets his actions. The Prosecutor also revealed in the Utrecht court on Monday that the man previously underwent institutionalized psychiatric treatment after a previous conviction for sexual assault.
