Dance fest Sensation staff to be screened for security issues
Personnel working at dance festival Sensation in the Amsterdam Arena this weekend, will be screened for security issues as one of the extra safety measures taken for the event, AT5 reports.
External personnel is hired for the event. For example, students to pour beer. All these external staff members will be screened. It is unclear exactly what this screening will entail.
On Monday the Amsterdam municipality announced that extra security measures will be taken for the event due to a "signal" received about a potential threat. Measures already announced include that no cars will be allowed to park under the arena and all visitors will be searched.
Further measures will be kept a secret, according to the Amsterdam broadcaster.
