Rotterdam man electrocuted when cannabis plantation flooded

A 45-year-old man found dead in a pool of water in Rotterdam on Thursday morning, seems to have electrocuted when his cannabis plantation flooded, NU.nl reports. The police responded to the man's home on Langewelle around 3:30 a.m. after his family reported that they could not find him. He was found dead in a pool of water in the crawlspace basement of his home. Also in the crawlspace, the police found a cannabis plantation. It is believed that the basement flooded because of the storms currently raging in the Netherlands. The police launched an investigation.
