New politician pressing racism charges

Sylvana Simons, the newest member of political party DENK, filed charges of racism with the police in The Hague. A video the party posted on their website shows Simons and party leader Tunahan Kuzu walking into the police station with a thick stack of papers. "It's a big stack of paper, but it is only one part, but a large part of the charges that I am now going to press at the police station in The Hague. Including the fresh hatred of today", Simons says to the camera before entering the station. The aspiring politician announced at the end of May that she will be pressing charges against the flood of negative and racist reactions she got after joining DENK.
