Partner arrested in Amsterdam woman's murder

A suspect was arrested in connection with the murder of Susanna Boon, an Amsterdam woman whose body was found in a forest near Nunspeet on March 29th. The suspect was Boon's partner, the police announced on Thursday. The man was arrested in Amsterdam on Tuesday and is still in custody. The police did not say exactly what the man is suspected of. Boon went missing on January 8th. She left her home on Jacob van Lennepstraat in Amsterdam at around 1:00 a.m. after a fight with her partner and never returned. He hiker found her body in a forest near Nunspeet on March 29th. An autopsy showed that she was murdered.
