Roermond snack bar serving Nutella-topped fries for Valentine’s

Roermond snack bar Piet Friet has a special snack planned for Valentine's Day on Sunday - fries topped with chocolate and hazelnut spread Nutella, the Telegraaf reports. Owner Wim Cox decided to bring the chocolate fries to the Netherlands after McChoco Potato - fries drenched in white and milk chocolate - made such a splash in Japan. He first tried the combination himself, and claims that it is delicious. The Nutella fries will be on the Piet Friet menu from now on. Those who do not like Nutella can order fries with chocolate sauce. Between 11:00 a.m. and noon on Valentine's Day you can taste the combination for free at Piet Friet.
