Two arrested for anti-asylum center riots; several still at large

The police arrested two men from Geldermalsen on Monday in connection with the anti-asylum center riots in the city in December. A total of six current suspects are still at large. The first suspect is a 33 year old man from Geldermalsen. He is suspected of public violence and attempted aggravated assault. The second suspect, a 45 year old man also from Geldermalsen, is suspected of public violence. The two suspects previously turned themselves in to the police, but they were officially arrested on Monday at the Nijmegen police station. The police released a total of 24 photos of people wanted in connection with the riots. Since the photos were released, a total of 18 suspects turned themselves in. The police are still looking for 6 suspects.
