Entrepreneur offers dining vouchers for "useless" V&D gift cards

Eindhoven councilor Ferry van den Broek launched a special exchange program for V&D vouchers, which are no longer usable given the company's financial troubles. Anyone in possession of a now useless V&D voucher can exchange it for a coupon of the same value from Van den Broek's own company MysteryDining, Omroep Brabant reports. With MysteryDining you can order a surprise menu in an unknown restaurant. V&D vouchers can be exchanged for MysteryDining coupons up until January 10th. Coupons will be sent to customers on the next day. Then they can book dinners. Van den Broek is doing this on his own initiative and there are no agreements about it with V&D. He launched this action in order to get name recognition for his business, he told the broadcaster.
