Dutch teen killed in bungee jump accident in Spain

A 17 year old Dutch girl died in Spain on Monday night after a fall of about 40 meters. According to Spanish media, this happened in a bungee jump accident in northern Spain. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs can not confirm the accident yet, RTL Nieuws reports. According to NOS, the girl was part of a group that went bungee jumping in Cabezon del la Sal, a village not far from the city of Santander. The reason for the girl's fall is uncertain. She fell about 40 meters from a viaduct into a dry riverbed.
