Cop investigated after dragging suspect handcuffed to motorcycle

A police officer made a cuffed young man run along side the police motorcycle by dragging him by his handcuffs. The incident, which happened in Almere on Monday, was filmed and a video postedd on Facebook. The video has been viewed 186,017 times, 12 hours after it was posted. The police are investigating the incident. A spokesperson for the police told Omroep Flevoland that they are not happy with how the young man was transported and that the relevant officer has been reprimanded on his behavior. The young man was arrested for giving the officer a false identity. The boy's parents have been contacted.
