Dozens of exotic animals abandoned in park found dead

On Wednesday afternoon a municipal employee of Berkel-Enschot found 39 exotic animals dead in a park. The animals were dumped in the park in crates and bags. The animal police are looking for information on the culprit. The animals included 22 snakes, 2 large Greek tortoises, 14 small Greek tortoises and one tarantula. They were found in the De Rogge park on Eindhovenseweg. It is unclear when they were dumped. The animal police are looking for the perpetrator and are calling on anyone with any information to make contact with them.
