Crossbow used in Utrecht drug store robbery

A man robbed the Kruidvat on Amsterdamsestraatweg in Utrecht on Saturday using a small model crossbow. The police are looking for witnesses. According to the police, the robbery happened around 16:45 on Saturday afternoon. The man entered Kruidvat, threatened an employee with the crossbow and then fled into Daalstraat with his loot. The police did not specify exactly what the man stole. There were several employees and customers in the store during the robbery, but no one was injured. Police officers searched the area after the robbery, but could not find the man. The police are looking to talk to anyone who may have information about the perpetrator, his escape route or any other information that may help with the solving of this case. The perpetrator is a man with a lightly tinted skin tone, about 1.75 meters tall, with a normal build and a neat beard. He wore dark clothes, gym shoes and sunglasses. He was carrying a Kruidvat plastic bag.
