Rotterdam missing teen found safe, but two arrested

The police found 13 year old Sylvana van de Langenberg safe and sound at an address in Voorburg on Monday night. The teenager had been missing since last week. Sylvana was taken to a safe place. The police will talk with her to find out what has happened during the days since she went missing. Two people were arrested, a man from Delft and a woman from Voorburg. Sylvana knows both people. Sylvana disappeared from her home sometime after 22:00 on Wednesday night, April 15th. Her foster mother reported her missing on Thursday morning.
