Teachers walking away from Labour party: Union

The PvdA may lose half of its support from teachers who are members of the AOb union in the Provincial Election on March 18th.This is according to a survey the union did among more than 5,800 of its members. Among AOb members the support for the Labor Party halved, with only 15 percent of members still supporting the PvdA. This loss benefited the D66, who has the most support with 26 percent of members indicating they would vote for them. GroenLinks and the SP also benefited from the PvdA's loss of support. The VVD has never been very popular among teachers, but the little support they had also halved in the latest survey.
