Suspicious package in police station forces Breda evacuation
The police station on Chasseveld in Breda had to be evacuated around 10:00 this morning after the discovery of a suspicious package.
According to a police spokesperson, the package was discovered by a janitor on a toilet. I passerby supposedly placed it there while using the bathroom, Omroep Brabant reports. The surrounding buildings, including a gym and a ABN Amro bank, were also evacuated. The area around the police station was closed off and traffic redirected.
