Dutch economy growing, deficit falling
According to the Central Planning Bureau (CPB), the Dutch economy is recovering steadily.
The economic growth will go up to 1.7 percent this year and 1.8 percent next year. The euro's decline against the dollar and the sharp drop in oil prices are having a favorable impact on the Dutch economy.
The general government deficit will fall to 1.8 percent of gross domestic product (GDP) this year and 1.2 percent of GDP next year.
