Arrest made in fatal campsite fire

The police have arrested a man in connection with the fire at campsite Bosbad in Emmeloord. A young woman died in the fire in a chalet. The 36 year old man was known to her. The police won't say how the two knew each other. The fire on the campsite started on Sunday night. After the fire was extinguished, the body of an 18 year old woman was found. Emergency services tried to revive her, but with no success. The cause of death is still under investigation. Witnesses reported earlier that they found it strange that the woman had been killed. According to the Stentor, the chalet was not destroyed, the fire department arrived on time and the woman should have been able to get away by herself.
