Centrist party D66 building momentum

The D66 and the ChristenUnie each one a seat in the weekly poll by Maurice de Hond. The 50Plus and the VVD were the only parties to lose a seat. There were no further changes in the distribution of seats. Despite the loss of a seat, the VVD remains the largest with 27 seats, followed by the PVV (24), CDA (23) and D66 (21). Governing party PvdA remains at 13 seats. Together with coalition party VVD they now have 40 seats in the Second Chamber.
