84K coke found in containers

Police have confiscated 84 kilograms of cocaine found in two separate freight containers that arrived at a distribution center in Veghel in Brabant.

It was management of the distribution center that called the cops for both finds. The first time they called was on Friday when they found a bag containing 44 kilograms of cocaine. It was hidden in a container with food supplies. Police rushed over right away, confiscated the bag and started an investigation to trace its origin.

On Monday the company called police again; this time they had found a package with 40 kilograms. This too was confiscated for investigation.

Police said the company promised to keep monitoring similar containers for cocaine shipments.
