Crazy brake test by Dutch tank

A video posted on LiveLeak shows a crazy emergency brake test of a Leopard tank in the Netherlands. In the video, you can see that a Leopard tank moves towards a group of people, from the Dutch army, at a full speed and then uses an emergency brake very close to the people. It was not clear whether the Dutch military is testing the braking system of its 68.7-ton tank or the bravery of its force. Check the video below:
