Teens arrested for 14 Utrecht car fires

Nine youths were arrested by Utrecht police in connection with a series of car fires in the Hoograven district. Car Fire / Flickr The arrests were made in the early Monday morning. There were 14 car fires since December 1. Police captured the youth aged 14 to 17 years after searching their homes.
