The shortage is largely attributed to new policies about the housing market. Due to these policies, several investors and corporations are not interested in investing in new housing projects, Eurogates said.
According to Eurogates, students can search rooms by exploring different websites. Dutch online portal Kamers a good option to start search for a room. Also, joining a fraternity is another way to find rooms.
