Amsterdam 5th top student city for quality of living

Amsterdam ranked 5th position in the list of top 10 student cities for quality of living ranking, Eurogates reports. Amsterdam / Flickr The QS Best Student Cities 2013-2014 ranking is a list of the top 50 student cities in the world. It was released by Top Universities. The Dutch city was the 5th highest scorer in the quality of living category with 94 points. In the university rankings, student mix, and employer activity categories, the city scored 64, 57, and 61, respectively. However, Amsterdam scored the lowest in the affordability category with 40. Overall, the combined scores of all the categories ranked Amsterdam in 36th place out of the top 50.
