Cosmopolitan influences and inventiveness ensure an elegant contrast between sweet, sour and taste. Three restaurants get a second star in the new Michelin guide; the Bord'Eau in Amsterdam, and restaurants Fred and FG in Rotterdam, which brings the number of two star restaurants to nineteen. As of next year, there will be 84 restaurants with a star. Nine of them are new on the list. The new one-star restaurants are:
  • Bridges in Amsterdam
  • Èlevè in Leeuwarden
  • in de Molen in Onderdendam
  • 't Lansink in Hengelo
  • Lucas Rive in Hoorn
  • 't Raedthuys in Arnhem-Duiven
  • RON Gastrobar in Amsterdam
