Dutch Firm DSM Posts Hike in Q3 Profit

Dutch chemical and pharmaceutical maker DSM reports a 44.0% increase in third quarter net income. AFP reports that DSM’s net income rose to €117 million from €81 million. The company’s turnover rose to €2.4 billion from €2.3 billion. Money / Wikipedia "I am pleased to report increased profitability in all our business clusters despite ... a continued challenging macro-economic environment," DSM Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Feike Sijbesma stated.
