Greenpeace explains donation increase again

Greenpeace further explained the controversial letter to the members about the donation increase, this Wednesday, in another letter. This is to prevent distressed reactions, states the letter. The trial proceeds. The environmental organization had previously sent a letter to 10,000 of the 466,000 donors, proposing an increase of the membership fees. The fact that donors are required to take action within one month if they do not want to take part in the trial, led to resentment. Arctic sunrise,

Mz Director of Greenpeace Netherlands, Sylvia Borren, writes in an email newsletter to the members, she finds it sad if the letter or the media coverage have troubled the members. She goes on to say she hopes that her colleagues were able to explain their motive, in case people have already contacted their service. The environmental organization stresses that nothing will change in the donation amount for those donors who have not received the letter about the dues increase.
