10th World Congress for People Who Stutter

StutterTalk, a non-profit organization focused on discussing stuttering, announced on its website stuttertalk.com that guest host Barry Yeoman will be presenting at the 10th World Congress for People Who Stutter in Lunteren, The Netherlands.

Yeoman spoke with the event’s organizers Richard Bourgondiën and Maartje Borghuis about their hopes for the event. He was also curious about the stuttering self-help in The Netherlands. He met with British Stammering Association’s Christine Simpson regarding the women-only workshop she will be assisting.

Yeoman is a respected journalist and a StutterTalk advisor. He also stutters and has been active in self-help organizations for these individuals. Barry encourages StutterTalk to tackle issues involving journalism ethics and reporting, among others.
