People born in 1984 can now book Covid-19 vaccination appointment

On Sunday, the RIVM announced Dutch residents born in 1984 can now make an appointment online to receive their vaccination against Covid-19.

This age group will receive the BioNTech/Pfizer or the Moderna vaccine.

The 213 thousand people in this age group will get their jab at one of the 140 GGD vaccination locations.

People born in 1984 do not have to wait until they receive an official vaccination invitation on Tuesday.

ID and the appointment confirmation must be shown at the GGD location on the day of vaccination. Anyone receiving a vaccine will also be asked to fill out a questionnaire.

To date there have been more than an estimated 10.2 million Covid-19 vaccine shots administered in the Netherlands.
