Tiny Amsterdam fixer-upper listed for sale at €340,000

A teeny tiny, ramshackle apartment near Amsterdam's popular Vondelpark is currently listed for sale on home sale site Funda at a massive 340 thousand euros. The 49 square meter flat needs to be "completely renovated on the inside", the broker writes on Funda.

Looking at the photos, the term "fixer upper" comes to mind as a complete understatement. The flat needs a new ceiling, the electricity needs to be checked, and all the walls must be redone. The floors also seem quiestionable. The flat has three rooms, two of which are bedrooms, according to the ad.

On the upside, the apartment is located on Kanaalstraat, in the "popular and energetic Helmersbuurt", according to the ad. "The neighborhood is characterized as a cozy, young gem."
