Get ready to pay for Tinder

The free mobile dating app, Tinder, will be launching a premium service in early November. During the Forbes Under 30 Summit in Philadelphia, Sean Rad, co-founder and CEO of Tinder, announced the premium service, which will offer paying users more match making powers. "We are adding features users have been begging us for," says Rad, "They will offer so much value we think users are willing to pay for them." Rad did not give any specifics, but hinted that one of the new features will focus on travel. Currently Tinder allows you to see photos of people looking to meet up in the city you are currently in. According to Forbes, the premium service will likely allow users to expand their Tinder reach by breaking away from location limits. According to Rad, there will be no changes in the current, free Tinder app. The number of Tinder users has been growing non stop. 1.2 billion Tinder profiles are viewed world wide each day and every day Tinder makes more than 15 million matches. Rad is attempting to maintain Tinder's growth, keep current users happy and start making money by moving to a model that offers free and premium service. "We had to get our product and growth right first," says Rad, "Revenue has always been on the road map." \
