Ireen Wust wins at European Speed Skating Championships
Dutch speed skater Ireen Wust has retained European all-round title at the European Championships after winning the women's 1,500-meter event on Sunday.

Wust also won the 500-meter and 3,000-meter events on Saturday in Hamar, Norway.
In the 1,500-meter race, Wust won in 1:54.87 minutes, finishing 2.15 seconds ahead of Yuliya Skokova of Russia and 2.41 seconds ahead of Dutch team mate Yvonne Nauta in the 1,500 meter, Eurosport reported.
"I have had a fantastic European Championships," she said. "Everything worked, everything was in balance. I now have to remain relaxed and hope I can take this confidence with me to [the winter Olympics in] Sochi."
