The deal, which is subject to regulatory approval, is estimated to inject $28.5 million into Reshet, Jewish Business News reports.
In April, Endemol acquired a controlling share in Israeli independent producer Kuperman, which has now become Endemol Israel.
Endemol and Endemol Israel will work together to launch new original content for the Israeli market on Reshet’s platforms, which will be shared and exploited throughout Endemol’s worldwide network.
Endemol will internationally distribute new shows, as well as produce Israeli versions of worldwide hits for the broadcaster.
