Execution prevented in Arnhem

The police possibly prevented an execution or an armed robbery last month, according to police reports Monday.On November 14, the police followed a suspicious car on the A50 near Arnhem with four men inside. When police attempted to stop the car, the passengers fled the vehicle. Two of them were quickly apprehended. A third man was arrested on Central Station in Arnhem, for which railway traffic had to be suspended. A fourth suspect is still at large Politielogo

Wikimedia commons Inside the car investigators found several automatic weapons, as well as crowbars, hammers and empty bags. The vehicle, which had been stolen, was also fitted with false license plates. The identity of the men was not released. The case is only now brought in the publicity, because the three suspects were in limited custody, meaning they were only allowed contact with their lawyers.
